We have a RV lot available in Naples FL this Nov-April. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 1.5 miles (5 min drive) from beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
Spot includes- 50/30/20 amp electric hook up, water/sewer, WiFi and trash pick up.
We are looking for a tenant for the entire 6 month winter season. All area RV parks around us are charging $2500-$4000 month for smaller spots and have no vacancies. This is a great deal at $1570/month.

This RV spot is in a residential neighborhood located in town within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. The lot the site sits on is roughly 3/4 of an acre. There front half of the lot has two separate small ranches on it. The RV site sits right in the middle of the lot with an open grassy and wooded area next to it. In total the RV site and open area and wooded area encompass almost a half acre. This lot is located two blocks north of the City of Naples town line so it is technically in the county not the in the city limits. Our street has a handful of RV Airbnbs on in it. But we are only looking to use our lot to rent for the seasonal long term, not by the night.
