Peaceful Bamboo Farm Camping
Worst hipcamp experience. The owner never respond to my questions. And I had no specific adres. What I had was a point on the map that’s all. So we set at the wrong place and someboday come and bang on our rig and yelled like crasy. We wanted to explain the situation with no success we had paid 50$/night. We were so mad about this situation. We tried to find another place. So absolutly no I would not suggest that place.

Peaceful Bamboo Farm Camping
Very primitive raw terrain
The farm is in fact a raw chaotic jungle of fields, bushes and construction materials left and right. We arrived in the dark and got lost on the terrain, and then in the morning when it was light out and we got lost again finding our way out.
Perfect if you want to go back to absolute primitive camping. If you prefer a minimum of facilities, like a sign or some kind or path, or maybe a map, then this might be a bit too primitive for you, as it was for us.

Peaceful Bamboo Farm Camping
It was very quiet away from busy happenings around the city. Traffic could be heard loudly at times but not a bother. It was beautiful land. And a pack of coyotes could be heard nearby chattering with one another for about ten minutes. Easy access and close to anything you need.

Peaceful Bamboo Farm Camping
Thought it was a nice place to stop. Did not realize you drive through the gate to back area which is very secluded. Also the ground around the driveway seemed soft but in fact it was firm. All on all very quiet, heard coyotes several times during the night which was cool.

Camping while close to sites
Loved the privacy of the camping at Lauri’s place balanced with the proximity to the beaches and city. We could connect with nature while still being able to visit nearby sites with ease!
The farm itself is beautiful and has a great view atop the hill.

Peaceful Bamboo Farm Camping
Bambootiful, peaceful, and friendly
This place is awesome! Lauri (and co) were great hosts, accommodating but not over bearing. They gave me the option to camp anywhere on the property and even delivered a solo stove for my fire, once I setup my tent. It was super peaceful, secluded, comfortable and quiet, which are all things I desire when camping. The bamboo is an awesome and unique feature. The location was convenient and perfect for my needs. I would definitely camp here again, and would recommend it to fellow hip campers.
