This is a parking area for two RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. Basically this is a large parking area for the home. However the home has a separate drive and garage parking so we rent this space for RVs and Campers. Golf cart friendly area, Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, tour guides and public boat ramp. Check out my favorite site, Monkey Island!

Very convenient camping Homosassa
The pad was a little tight for 2 campers, water pressure and power was ok the site had quite a few cigarette butts and small trash. The wifi was not very reliable. The other campers were not around much, but when they were there seemed to be a lot of shouting. Also they seem to have a cat they let run free, even when they were not home(kind of a problem with our 2 dogs).

Camping in town
Nice clean camping spot located in town a few blocks from the river. Water and electric available but no sewer. Good place to park for the night or a few days.

This was our first time using Hipcamp and we were not disappointed. Jacob Tree RV parking is located on a beautiful property surrounded by gorgeous trees. Although located near a street, the noise level was minimal. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. If needed, golf cart rentals are available. We enjoyed a beautiful 3 hour river cruise from the Safari River Cruise shop located right next to the RV spot. Our host answered my call immediately and was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Every thing was good! The Site is just beside the main road. But during the night, there were just few cars. So we slept great. We would come again!

Always enjoy staying here, there's so much to explore in the area. I even extended my stay 2 more nights. Will always recommend staying here when in the area.
