Do Not Stay Here!
We did not stay! After driving down 2 miles of dirt road. We pulled in and no one around to respond to us. We had to walk around looking for someone. Found an older gentleman on the porch and ask him was this the camp site and very rude and abruptly he yelled next driveway. Once we pulled in the next driveway still no one came. Still not sure who the host was. Extremely trashy unsafe area. We seen a few ponies. We took pictures of the supposedly camp site. Would love to be refunded!!!!

The owner Margret is
very hospitable. This place is a small horse farm setting. If you’re a country or horse person you will enjoy this small hidden little spot. They have water and 110 hookups. Our rig was 28’ RV with 16’ car hauler. Easy accessibility.

A wonderful Florida farm experience
I loved staying at Margret's farm family getaway and would highly recommend it to everyone. Her land is extremely beautiful and in a great location for many outdoor activities. They have wonderful horses, a fire pit, playful puppies and hookups which makes this property unique. I brought a 30 to 15 converter to hook my Airstream up to run the ac, lights and fridge. Her family is extremely hospitable and they educated me on things to do in the area, took me on a mini horse ride and let me play with the puppies! Her land is great for outdoor lovers of all kinds and the roads leading to her land are wide and flat which helps with accessibility for larger rigs. This location is convenient because its extremely close to some of Florida's springs, only 35 minutes to Gainesville, close to Ocala ( the horse capital of the world) and has other smaller towns surrounding it. Theres seasonal blueberry picking up the road, a rodeo, star gazing, and lots of land for ATV. It feels like you are in a country sanctuary while also being close to many great activities. I felt extremely safe staying here and it was quiet at night. Would highly recommend staying here and cant wait to come back one day!
