New 2022 33' 2 bedroom Forest River camper located at the end of our 2 acre home site, an acre away with private driveway, surrounded by woods and foliage for your privacy. Camper is equiped with outdoor lighting, awning, indoor/outdoor radio with speakers. There are two large picnic tables, outdoor propane grill and a small fire pit. Plenty of room for kayaks or small boat parking. Water lovers paradise located approximatley 10 min to Seven Sisters Springs, 12 min to Homosassa River, 20 min toThree Sisters Springs, 30 min to Weeki Wachee Springs, 45 min to famous Rainbow River, 1 hour to Devils Den. The camper has a master bedroom and in the rear a bunkhouse. We purchased this camper for stays with our small grandchildren. The bunkroom is not suitable for adults to sleep. The weight limit is 150lbs and the mattresses are 2-3 in foam only suitable for children. The living room sofa does turn into a sleeping spot but would not offer privacy. If traveling with adult groups a 5th wheel or bus has more suitable larger space for those groups. This is great for an adult couple or adult couple with children.You will be staying at the end of our 2.5 acre homesite, one acre away from us in your own wooded area with picnic tables, propane grill, fire pit, sitting area under lighted awning with chairs, radio with outdoor speaker system. Camper is 2022 equipped with fireplace, full kitchen, large sitting area, bunkhouse and master bedroom, indoor toilet, hot water, wifi and tv. No noise policy from 10pm-7am. Ton of water activities nearby; boating, swimming, manatee tours, snorkeling, tubing, diving, fishing, scalloping.

We loved staying in the camper. It was clean and well kept. The directions were clear and Lisa was very helpful recommending things in the area to do. She reached out several times before our trip giving information. Communication was excellent! If I stayed in that area again I would definitely stay there.

A little piece of heaven! We are from Wisconsin and we wanted to let our kid's experience Florida without breaking the bank. This RV was absolutely ideal for or family! The host was absolutely amazing and so kind! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved Lisa’s basically brand new camper! It is located close to 98 with access to all the local springs within 5-10 minutes. We had a nice fire too:) Walmart and Publix are just down the street as well as about 50 Thrift stores that we just had to visit:)
