This is a wonderfully unique property, old Florida style, Sandy streets covered with shade from the Live Oaks and Spanish moss. We offer a shady or partial sunny spots for your RV /Mobile Traveller or tent camping. WEST SIDE (less private, more sun but quiet CAN SEE NEIGHBORS) OR EAST SIDE (more private, shady, protected from the elements, NO VIEW of neighbors) SUN VS SHADE 2-4 people/ 2-3 tents unless request special exception. ($10 per additional. Adults /$5 per additional child) Bon fires when permitted by season. Primitive toilets/bring your own. Use of bathrooms at the beach, Publix. One block. Very clean. One block to the intracoastal waterway and . 6 mile walk to the ocean. (15 min) We are along the National Scenic Highway /Florida A1A corridor. Bing's landing Park , 2 mi N, is great for fishing on the intercoastal. Docks, bait shop, BBQ. Publix grocery store is across the street, JT's Seafood shack is three blocks , Hammock Wine and Cheese /Bartlett's and Bronx House Pizza are two blocks, Rodies Place Restaurant . FLAGLER Beach is a Quick ride 7 miles south along A1A. Quiet island feel. Palm Trees and 2 large hammocks for lounging, Table. Outdoor shower access. (Shower is quick camping shower. Basic. Wear flip flops , two walls n shower curtain . Hot water length depends on use of shower) We are also 25 min South of St Augustine and 25min North of Daytona Beach. Optional: $20 rental per day for : Ocean Kayaks w seat backs n paddles Stand up paddle boards w paddles Cannondale mens mountain bike Surfboard and body board rentals, lesson and tours , book thru us.1. Sunny site on WEST side of house/lot.(for small camper or tents) Private . Shade in morning and Sun late afternoons. great Sunsets! Quiet. But view of neighbors. 2. EAST side of house/lot. (Great for small camper or 2-3 tents -OR MORE!- ) large. Quiet. Shady. NO view of neighbors. MOST POPULAR SITE. MORE SPACE. Hear the ocean waves crash at night. Relax in two double hammocks or drop the paddle boards or kayaks in the Intercoastal. Or ride the men's Cannondale mountain bike on the MALACOMPRA GREENWAY TRAILS. (Across the street) Flat grassy/sandy area w Spanish moss covered oaks above. Protected from elements. Large very private. Table. Bonfire when permitted. ( We can also provide a small/ cozy pelleted fire UPON REQUEST ) Outdoor shower: 10 min. heated shower. QUICK CAMP SHOWER. CLEAN .BRING FLIP FLOPS. Hose for water access. Must bring own camping toilet. Public Bathrooms are also located at the beach (.5 miles) or Publix 1 block. Enjoy OLD FLORIDA with quiet, sandy, oak covered streets on a barrier Island. Safe. Site is on 16th Rd. W. -- FIND intercoastal access w chairs @ 18th Rd W. Sandy access @ 20th St W.(two block walk) Walking and bike trails (paved, entire town and 35 miles along ocean) to the beach(.5 miles) four other BEACH access with 4 miles. BING'S Landing boat ramp n fishing on intercoastal with BAIT SHOP , CAPTAINS BBQ. Washington Oaks State Gardens and Marineland Dolphin Experience and Oceanarium (Worlds Oldest est. 1938) Walking distance to Circle K 24 gas station, Publix groceries, Bronx House Pizza, Rodies Place Restaurant, JT's Seafood Shack Live Music, Bartlett s / Wine & Cheese. Live Music. A1A Fisheries fresh seafood. #1citgo station. Has family friends who work there. Excellent pizza($12 large plain) Cheese steaks, wings, mozzarella sticks, etc We have a great little beach town 7 miles south, Flagler Beach.(Rte 100/A1A) ***We r located on 16th road WEST ALONG INTERCOASTAL Waterway. .5 MILES on beach is Ocean Hammock Resort and Spa 16th road EAST. (SPA, FOUR HIGH END RESTAURANTS) 25 Min south of Historic downtown st Augustine, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, FLAGLER College. 25 min North of Daytona Beach.
