We discovered Keaton Beach while camping with some friends and loved it so much that we decided to purchase property in the area so that we can come and camp at any time. Keaton Beach is a relaxing get away with great outdoor activities for the entire family; Boating, Fishing, Kayaking and the area is known for scalloping during the June - August months.. Additionally, you will experience the most beautiful sunsets you will. ever see in your lifetime. Cedar Island Sandpiper is a golf cart friendly community with friendly neighbors. We hope you enjoy your stay on our property as much as we do.

Keaton Beach-Campsite 2 - Tango

We loved this site! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the owners are the nicest people. Perfect place for scallopers - right down the road from the boat ramp. We definitely will come back.

Shirley was great! We felt right at home, and loved the property. Keaton Beach was slow paced and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a slow paced and relaxing time in Florida!

Absolutely amazing!

Shirley and Phil are absolutely wonderful host! We got the pleasure of vacationing with the host in the other spot and it has been fantastic. They welcomed us with open arms and even invited us to their New Years gathering! They were wonderful with our kids and pet puppy. The spot is perfect 10/10 recommend. We got the pull in/back out spot and there was plenty of room to get our truck out and use the extra driveway. I can't say enough about our stay. If you are considering staying here don't hesitate you will not be disappointed.

Best neighbors ever.

I had an absolute excellent time during my stay. As a solo female traveler, safety is one of my top priorities. I felt very safe and comfortable. The community is off of a main road, and the plot is aight tucked away and easily located. The neighbors are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the community is quiet and well kept. Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Area is very dog friendly, with a small grass patch behind the plot for easy potty breaks. The whole trip was very relaxing and fun, would recommend to a friend if they wanted a quiet weekend away.

quiet & peaceful

Great location for a quiet and peaceful birthday get-a-way. This place was had all the amenities that we needed especially sewer and the covered parking. We would love to come back some day.
