10 acres located in Mcalpin, FL. Property is absolutely beautiful, crossed fenced with 5 acre pasture for resident donkey. Millie back portion of property is wooded and adjoins organic dairy farm. The front 5 acres are wooded with 2 rv sites (30amp) and a separate air conditioned bathhouse. We love plants that are beneficial to the wildlife, we feed the deer and birds. You are bound to see plenty of wildlife. No hunting permitted.There is a 30amp spot or a 50amp rv spot, whatever is available. Upon arriving you will come thru a coded locked gate. Located in middle of property is the rv campsites. Plenty of parking and multiple ways to orient your camper. Bathhouse and fire pit are available to use. Laundry also available for extended stays(over 7 days) Expect to see lots of wildlife and stars and firefly’s. Fresh water from a deep well and trails cut through to woods. Lots of native plants!!

Beautiful property with everything we needed. No noise from neighbors. Easy to find with map app, and gate instructions were good.

Peace, quiet and privacy!
The peace, quiet and privacy was magnificent! The front part of the ten acres is wooded and opens to a pasture on the back five acres. There's a simple locked gate up front that leads up to a large concrete pad next to a small but adequate bath house. The host was very nice, friendly and quick to call us to answer questions and share particulars about turning on the hot water heater and such.
