Our Elite Resorts Citrus Valley is a gated resort is located at 16501 Sunshine Ave. Lot # 185 (across from the front pool), Clermont, FL 34714, only 20 minutes from Disney in Orlando. There is an additional $20.00 fee to register new guests and receive their own permanent front gate code pass through the main office. There are double hookups on each side of this exra large cobblestone lot including an airconditioned shed. with water, a hide a bed and office, There are 2 key fobs avaible for access to the pool and recreation room where there is Billiards, Table tennis, Bathrooms and weightroom and cable TV. Our "Corkscrew Woodlands", Estero Resort is located at 10736 Roseate Spoonbill Circle, Estero, FL 33928 ( below Ft Myers, above Bonita Springs) 5 minutes from Miramar Outlet stores, very near Lowes Hardware, 2 x Publix supermarkets and many other new restaurants, Culvers, 15 minutes from Ft Myers Airport and 35 minutes from 5th Ave. Naples, FL. There is a $50.00 registration fee for the front office to approve tenants into the Resort and it is a 55+ plus community where at least 1 of the adult tenants has to be 55+ years of age. There are full hookups, 50 amp electric, water and sewer. All of the amenities and activities are availble and included.

Elite Near Disney Lot

Great place, worth every penny and then some. It was about 30 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Universal Studios during 7:30 am traffic. The facilities were clean, the site was 100% brick pavers. We’d definitely stay here again if back near Orlando.

Elite Near Disney Lot

Very nice large spot in a quiet well kept park. Great value for the price. Only semi complaint is that it’s technically a pull through, but it would be a very tight turn in so I had to loop around and back in from the front. Not a big deal at all, just be careful following the map so you don’t get stuck trying to turn into the pull through

Elite RV Resort - Clermont

Ken's lot @ Elite RV Resort in Clermont is fabulous! Great & quiet neighbors and very dog friendly. Resort is beautiful and the pool is warm! We were fortunate enough to get an xtra week due to a cancelation and were so happy to stay! We are already planning for our visit next year. Ken is very accommodating and a great host. Thanks so much Ken!

We had a wonderful stay @ this lot. It was clean, quiet, and had easy access to everything. Kenneth was a superior host. Would definitely stay again and give it 5 stars!!!

Elite Near Disney Lot

Elite indeed!

Had a great time at this gated campground with amazing amenities. About a half hour from Disney right next to the thousand trails campground near 192. Ken is an amazing host and we will definitely repeat visit!
