Ranch style homestead on 5 acres. RV, Camper and tent site available with 30-amp power hook up, sewer, and water. Country lifestyle just outside of Orlando, and 30 minutes from Disney World, Universal Parks, and Beach. Rocket Launches are visible from both sites with beautiful views for photos. Also, one mile from Split Oak Park where you can hike, boat, and bike. 5 Miles away from convenience stores, restaurant's, Walmart and much more.Davis Farms is located 30-40 minutes from the beach, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Downtown Orlando. A couple of miles away Split Oaks Mitigation is available for free to hike, bike, or fish. There are also plenty of stores 15 minutes away in Lake Nona, or St. Cloud to shop, eat, and entertain.

We are new campers booking a site close to home as trial run, to learn, and decide what are we missing or need adjusting. This was also our first time using Hipcamp. Lee was super helpful, he met with us and assisted with all the connections. His advice was greatly appreciated. Our dog loved the area, being off leash, running and exploring was a plus to get him tired! Sure one has more internet access, we were on site 2, but still were able to get internet. If you want to tranquility and to have access to stores in case of need, this is the place to stay, this is a hidden gem!

Perfect
Lee is an excellent, accommodating host with a beautiful piece of land. I felt safe and comfortable being there. Lee's place is by far, a better choice than anywhere else in the area. We will definitely be going back!

Nice place
Large open space. Easy parking for RV and your car. Close to Orlando attractions. Beautiful friendly horses. Lee was very nice!

Davis Farm is a beautiful property with convenient access, full hookups and a gracious host. We enjoyed our stay greatly and wish we could have stayed longer.
