A good place to park a travel trailer if you can't get into Lake Louisa or Griffen State Parks. Was quiet and has 30 AMP and city water hook ups. He also has a site with 20 AMP as well as some rooms he rents out. Backing into the site was a little twisty but he came out to guide me in.

good if you’re not picky!
It made do! I imagine it would be better with a van for a quick spot to park, but as a camper, the yard was much less “huge” than I imagined from the review, and it was closer to the street than I thought. It was quite noisy and a neighbor’s surveillance camera announced that it was, indeed, recording all night. Also thought it was odd that I was told the lake access could be used since it was a weekday and the HOA wouldn’t be too picky…I booked it mostly for the lake access and thought that was a guarantee! It was nice to go to the lake, though, so i’m grateful for that! Just confused Anyways, if you’re looking for a quick place to sleep and aren’t too picky, it’ll do! Probably wouldn’t book again though

Nice place to crash. A little pricey for primitive. Not as quiet. But he allowed a quick reservation in a time of need. Thanks.

Not for me as a tent camper
Cons outweighed the pros here for my preferred tent-camping style. Pros: Close to downtown Clermont The beach is really nice- go watch the sunset here! Cons: -VERY noisy: house directly next door has a motion censor that went off constantly between 8PM and 7AM. It is very alarming- it says: “HI, you are being video recorded.” 4 car alarms went off nearby at all hours, people with loud engines driving by all night… -Someone walked right by my tent twice at 6 AM waking me up and spooking me a bit as a solo female camper. I prefer more distance and privacy. Your preference might be different though!

Peter is a very gracious host. The quiet backyard site felt very private, yet close to everything in Clermont.
