Power and water provThe site has a 120ft gravel private driveway with a gate the gravel pad approximately 18x40. Grass parking is available if needed for a longer pad. Water hook up and electric hookup is available. No bathroom available on site. The backyard is fenced. This site runs along the right side of my own home. Access to laundry is available. The dump site for septic is 2 miles down the road. The rental property runs to the back fence. We are very close to Bonita Springs, the Imperial river, breweries, food truck park, live music, and restaurants. The pad is gravel and grass surrounding it. Tall trees on one side and smaller hedge on other side. We have recycling and trash available also.
