Amazing pond area in rural Groveland located in State Road 33. There’s a lot of wild life (deer, hogs, turkeys, cranes, raccoons, coyotes) in the area that can easily be spotted during the night. Around 2 clean acres , where you can park your car (if you don’t want to enter the woods with it). You can find bass and catfish in the pond. Fishing is allowed! Hunt is not allowed.20 acres pond in Green Swamp area! Easy access by State Road 33, 5 minutes from downtown Groveland! This is a rural area where you can easily spot wildlife. You will be surrounded by nature! In the pond, a lot of catfish and bass! Bring your equipment, fishing is allowed! (but hunting is not). You can choose to camp in a clear area (around 2 acres) or fell free to enter into the woods and find your spot! Please note that it is not a long term spot. Recreational purposes only. We allow tents, pop-ups and truck campers. Travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes not allowed.

Great Spot!
Great spot, Clean and private but easy to access. Rafael was super accommodating and made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Animals welcome
Clean and shaded spots. Electrical and water with the advantage of never having to empty your own tanks. It was a pleasure staying here.

100% recommend staying here. Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of wildlife to share the woods with: cranes, turkey, deer....you never know what you might see 😀

Nice oasis in mid Florida
Directions were a little challenging, but once we figured it out it was well worth the stay. Both Rafael and Alberto were very accommodating and had full hookups. The campgrounds were excellent with compacted gravel. Other guests staying the were friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time there but we will try to come back.

Absolutely love staying here on Rafael's land. It's peaceful and quiet and our host is just exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better experience. ❤️❤️

We are so happy to have found this place. Our host is most gracious and accommodating, the atmosphere is peaceful, the other campers are friendly, our fur babies are welcome...I could go on and on. ❤️ 10/10 definitely recommend checking this place out!
