Wolds Walk Glamping

The views are exquisite at Wolds Walk Glamping. Three glamping pods sit on the brow of a hill overlooking the North Yorkshire Moors, stretching all the way out to the Scarborough coast. This is the perfect spot for those looking to navigate the Yorkshire Wolds Way, situated right alongside the famous long-distance walking route. It’s also the ideal place to rest those tired legs after a long day exploring, given its luxuries; underfloor heating, a scenic veranda, and all the necessary creature comforts for a relaxing stay.

Tucked away at the tail-end of a country road behind the gate leading to Manor Farm – the working farm where Wolds Walk Glamping is located – you’ll swiftly realise just how nestled into the countryside this little hideaway is. 

The pods are backed by trees and face out onto an open meadow, elevated for an unrivalled view of the countryside. You can take in your surroundings from the decking, complete with comfy seating on which to enjoy your morning coffee, and a firepit with supplied wood for sunny barbecues. All three pods – Vale View, Pheasant’s Roost, and the Beehive – boast an en-suite shower room, a fully-equipped contemporary kitchenette, and a living space with Freeview TV and WiFi. The latter sleeps six, as opposed to four, with a comfortable double, bunk, and a sofa bed, making it ideal for larger families. 

It might be tempting to just stay here and admire the views, but there's plenty to see and do outside of those farm gates. The site is located on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park, a sprawling and diverse landscape of moorland, forest, dale, and coast. Speaking of coast, a trip to Scarborough South Bay is only a drive away, a sandy beach located in one of the UK's top seaside resorts.
