Blanketed in lush, green grass, the field stretches out under a vast, clear sky, providing panoramic views of the South Downs National Park. Wildflowers in vibrant hues dot the landscape. As the sun goes down, the sky transforms into a canvas of twinkling stars, untouched by city lights. This remote haven, far from the hustle and bustle, is a sanctuary for those seeking tranquility and a deep connection with nature.Currently guests have full access to the field the boundaries of which are clearly marked by fencing. Wonderful network of footpaths along Hangers Way on the property and in the surrounding area.

Beautiful place and you are alone. The view is spectacular and the chopped firewood is free.

Heavenly

What a magical spot. Nestled in the heart of the glorious Hangers, the views are fabulous, and the welcome from John and Charlotte warm and generous. We loved having a fire and looking out over Hawkley and beyond. Huge space all to ourselves. A gem!

Beautiful, tranquil location with amazing views over the valley. Charlotte and John were incredible hosts who went above and beyond. Would recommend a 4wd vehicle outside of summer as the ground can get a bit soft.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay at Old Litten, the views are stunting, the woods are amazing to explore, plus the site feels very peaceful and safe. Charlotte was super lovely ,welcoming and helpful! I would definitely recommend Old Litten! :)
