Howdy Partner! Dust off your boots and stay at Cowtown Cabins, the beach area's newest ranch experience, featuring a Wild West town in the making!
The "Old West Bank" is a one-room mini-cabin that will take you back to the time of bank robberies and gold. However, this town bank comes with two twin-size beds in case you have an extra cowboy/ cowgirl with you, along with a smart TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, and heating/ air.
This bank themed cabin is light and bright due to the beautiful stained glass, and transom windows that let in the perfect moonlight. You'll enjoy watching Herbie the Scottish Highland peacefully graze from your rear window. Since this bank has a lot of gold, you may want to sit in the front porch rocking chairs and keep an eye out for any bandits!

While here at the ranch, you can also enjoy one of our many on-site experiences, such as "Chores N' Tour" (feeding, watering, and learning about 20+ farm animals.) This tour happens daily at 10am.
Everything you could want is at your fingertips and very close by. If you desire to be at the beach, but skip the loud condo neighbors and buzzing OC crowds, then this is the place for you!
*** Quick Note: We don’t have an option for early check-ins, luggage drop offs or late checkouts. Check-in is from 4-9pm. Checkout is at 10am. We also do not allow pets and are service animal exempt. Thank you for leaving your animals safely at home while enjoying all 20+ of ours!

FAQ's
1. Is this stay child friendly? YES! However it's important to remember there is a 2-guest max due to fire code and this INCLUDES children and babies.
2. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We are ADA service animal exempt due to safety issues with animals on display that are natural prey/ natural predators of animals including dogs. We also not not allow pets due to this.
3. Can I smoke? The yurts are strictly NO smoking inside, no vaping and no marijuana smoking as the next guest will appreciate an odorless welcome and you'll avoid the extra "deep cleaning fee."
4. Quiet time? Our quiet time is from 8pm- 8am.
5. Extra guests allowed? No, there is a strict 2-guest-only policy.
6. Can friends (not on my reservation) come visit me? No, all visitors here must be registered guests as the public is not granted access here.
7. How far is the beach? North Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island DE are both only 5-6 miles away.
8. How secure is the camping area? There is a coded entrance gate at the property entrance along with 6 outdoor security cameras that stay on 24 hours a day for guest and livestock safety.
9. Are there animals nearby? Yes! Cowtown is named after our unique Scottish Highland bull with one horn up and one down. You'll see “Herbie” peacefully grazing in a nearby pasture along with horses, goats, an alpaca, a sheep, a rare curly-haired pig, a peacock, and fancy top-hat chickens that all call the ranch home.
10. Participating in a guest activity is mandatory here. We have FREE indoor scavenger hunts and the FREE Name Challenge memory game. Our most popular experience is "Chores N' Tour” where you meet up with Shelley to feed and get up close and personal while feeding 20+ animals. Go ahead! take selfies with Fonzie the kissing alpaca, play the rollover challenge with Charlotte the pig, and hay the jumping goats. As a bonus, Shelley will also let you check out the inside of any unoccupied rentals on the property to plan your next trip! Chores N' tour is $10/ person. 1 hr. long. Also on-site, are Brush N' Bond horse grooming sessions, horse whispering lessons, and farm animal paint sessions. Once you book, send Shelley a message with your chosen ranch activity!
11. Do guests have access to the entire ranch? No, guests have access to the glampground, cornhole, and parking area here at the ranch. The rest of the property is reserved for our animal rescue (habitats) and fenced off for safety. Animals are easily viewed from all locations while the goats can be pet and fed anytime if you bring some baby carrots or string beans.
12. What sounds can I expect to hear? Expect to hear typical sounds of nature such as crickets, owls, and the crackling of a fire. In the morning, you'll hear our sweet goat trio, Charlotte the pig, and her excited "oinks" along with the occasional "moooo" and possibly a crow from the rooster and a "honk" from Petey our peacock who is ready for breakfast!

This stay caters to couples, two friends or relatives getting away and looking to unwind in a peaceful, unique setting and engage in memorable experiences. We're also popular for parent/ child trips, surprise birthdays, wedding proposals, family reunions, groups, and retreats. Renting multiple units or adjacent units is easy, just message about setting up your surprise day or renting a couple of units or the entire ranch for your special event- and YES, we do weddings too!
Cowtown Glamping Cabins is just minutes from Maryland, Delaware beaches and restaurants galore. FAQ's
1. What should I bring on my trip? Shelley suggests bringing drinking water, slippers/ loafers, and campfire wood if using the firepit (or you can buy ours and have it delivered to your doorstep.) If you plan on doing "Chores N' Tour with Shelley and feeding all the farm animals, bring closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or boots. No flip-flops or sandals are allowed for animal experiences.
2. Can I wander around the ranch, unattended? Keep in mind we are a small ranch and while 1/2 of our property is open, the other 1/2 is livestock pastures and other Airbnb's. You can walk to the glampground, play a round of corn hole or the new horseshoe pit.
3. Can I access the all animals? The cabin backs up to a cattle pasture with "Herbie" the Highland to enjoy from your back windows. To access all the animals, book Chores N' Tour which is an hour-long experience feeding, watering and touring the entire ranch.
4. What other rentals are at the ranch? There is a barndominium, tiny house, two bell tent yurts, other mini-huts, and an entire Old West-themed glampground at the ranch. YES! You can have friends and family RENT other units and make this a group experience.
5. What's the history of the ranch? The property was a horse rescue for two decades. Some students take horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and paint parties. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool that's sold yearly.
6. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests here, not people walking in off the street.
7. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. You must be picked up at the entrance gate, not at the barndominium. How about food delivery? Yes! Order Doordash or pizza delivery. Just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the cabin.
8. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals, we do not allow early check-ins, luggage drop off's or late check-outs. All cleans are performed on time and this keeps us on schedule for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone.
10. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with nearby guardian livestock.
11. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside our rentals. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.)
12. How secure is the ranch? The property has six outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch and there is on-site management that is available during your stay. You cannot enter the property without a code and we ask that you do not give it out while you're here. The cabin also has a Ring doorbell.
13. This glamping hut sleeps two (2) guests *including* babies and children. We do not accommodate more than two (2) guests max.
14. What are the checkout procedures? We have a 4-step checkout process and ask that our guests leave the cabin the way they found it, (neat and tidy.) We love to brag about super clean guests who leave the space well cared for. You will see our checkout procedures posted inside. These include:
-Clear out fridge and microwave of food/ drinks -Tidy up the cabin and leave it the way you found it -Clean up any outdoor spaces you used -Throw your cabin and outdoor trash away into the dumpsters (at the property entrance.) Recycle is paper & plastic only.
