Bring your family & friends to camp at our quiet and very modest small farm. Located in backwoods horse pastures with chickens, a dog, and a couple of horses. The property is very spread out and there is an outhouse for all sites to us. Your pets are welcome too! Locally there are state parks with beaches, and state forest for trails & lakes, hiking and biking. Or you can just relax and enjoy the serenity! Other attractions include local farmers markets, Gilette's Castle, and the famous River Ferry crossing the Connecticut River with a vehicle across to East Haddam. We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be purchased for $12 per bundle on this site or $10.00 here at farm. Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $4.00 per 1/2 dozen. No bedding is provided for cabin or trailer sites. Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

Petite Cozy Cabin

We absolutely loved our time at Mary and Victors farm. It was just what we needed for a quiet weekend away. The cabin was perfect and close to the toilet. we loved getting to know the horses and the dogs. the water on site was clean and delicious. although you are in their backyard the space feels private. the outdoor shower is on the side of the house so we had to ask how to get to it but there was hot water and lots of privacy. i could not recommend this place more!

Hidden Lake Woods Tent Campgrounds!

It was our 1st trip with tent and I loved it. The place is very clean and has everything as described. Mary was so kind and on the day of departure offered to stay as long as we want as no one was arriving. Someday we come again!

Old Fashioned Horse Trailer

Great camp sight, or should I say, amazing get away! Had family weekend with 6 little ones. Lots of area to run and play and felt secluded. The trailer was darling and came in handy when it rained! We set up a tent and used the trailer and built in cooking/grilling for a nice little family retreat. The horses, chickens and friendly dog topped it off. Thank you Mary and Victor for being such great hosts and making us feel so welcomed.
