We are a small farm tucked away in suburban Connecticut, producing eggs, vegetables, apples, blueberries, and pumpkins! We are conveniently located near Hurd State Park, Devils Hopyard, Sunrise State Park, Salmon River, and the Connecticut River! We currently have two RV Campsites. One requires you to back into the space. It has 50 amp service and water. It is a paved space. The second is a convenient drive through set up. It currently only has a water hookup (No electricity). This space does provide more privacy as well. If you wish to tent camp, we have an open field you are welcome to do so in. We do you have a composting toilet; however, no other amenities.Our second site is located in our back field and provides more privacy. It is a convenient drive through setup. We currently only have a water hookup at this site.

Josh’s place was great…..nice and quiet, water and electric was great, asphalt pad next to the barn was level. He offered use of their gazebo, fire pit and gas grill. Our dog loved all the space in the back fields. Josh is awesome and so very helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay!

Josh and his family were wonderful hosts. There was a sheep, a pony, miniature horse and lots of chickens. It was a pleasant rural setting. They currently have one rv site with potential for more. We were able to park our 35’ 5th wheel without too much trouble. Even the children helped out with chores. I really can’t say anything but praise, it was not the Ritz and we enjoyed that very aspect.

We were very pleased with our stay. Josh and his family made us feel very welcome , Josh was a most accomodating host. He helped us park and showed us the hookups. We loved the open country setting. The farm was clean and refreshing to be in. At 34 feet our rig was the longest he had had at the space and we fit perfectly. He had fresh eggs , veggies and blueberries available. Easy to find and easy to access.

Be aware that the camping spot that you will be paying for is a parking spot in the host's driveway, directly outsode of their barn which they will be actively walking in and put of. They actually had to move their truck for me to pull into my "camping spot".

Staying at Enegren Farm was perfect for my trip. Josh was very friendly and made sure I got parked successfully and knew how to access the water and lights. Only 50 amp plug-in available, so you'll want an adapter (I picked up a cheap one on my way). The property and area are lovely. There's a gazebo, a grill, and adorable animals to pet/watch, what more could you need? This is a working farm and there were some tractor-y noises at various times and people passing close by to access the animals which was completely fine for me, but might be useful info for other folks' planning. I would happily stay here again.
