- Stunning Location: Located in a very quiet peaceful rural neighborhood with great views of the Rocky Mountains. The lots in our neighborhood range in size from 1 acre to 5 acres. This keeps the houses spread out. Ours is 1 acre. Our driveway is about 300 feet long. You'll be parking at the entrance which is the top and our house is located at the bottom. Expect wildlife galore! All of the wildlife photos shared here were shot be me either on our property or in the neighborhood.
- Essential Amenities Included: Enjoy complimentary Wifi to keep you connected, fresh water supply for your essential needs, and garbage disposal for a hassle-free stay. *****Water is suitable for laundry, dishes, showers, etc but, unfortunately, not suitable for drinking.*****

-No loud noises, such as barking dogs or excited kids, our neighborhood is
very quite and all of the neighbors prefer it that way.
-No open fires, fire pits, no wood or charcoal fires. Propane and electric cook
stoves are ok.
-No smoking
-No discharging of firearms
-No dumping of any liquids or waste water
-Pets are welcome but must not bark excessively. Pets are not to be left
unattended as this is when they will typically bark the most. Pets must be on a leash unless inside your car/rv/tent/vehicle.
