Hello! We are High Alpine Rentals! Colorado's top RV rental company! Every single night we witness campervans and boondockers getting kicked out of the Red Rocks Open Space parking lot across the street, so we are here to do our good deed to fellow BoonDockers! We offer a parking spot at night to have a quick safe place to stay. We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---shower is only available if our office is open when you arrive----- Here is a little bit about us! We rent motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, Paddleboards, and party buses! We are a perfect fit for hip camping because we are right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, 5 min away from Garden of the Gods, and right off of HWY24 to head deeper into the Rockies! We are a full service RV facility, so we have mechanics on site if you need your rig looked at also! We are all camper van folks and know the struggle of not being able to find a safe spot.Our parking lot is right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, which is over 1,470 acres of hiking and mountain bike trails! We are also only 5 minutes away from Garden of the Gods. You will wake up and have excellent views of the front range mountains and beautiful Red Rocks Open Space. You can't beat it! You will be staying in our parking lot that is well lit and secured. Our business opens at 9am and closes at 6pm every day. You can park here after 6pm and must leave by 10am unless we agree on a different time frame.

Great location and host was excellent in his communication. We have a slightly larger rig of 25 ft and he made it work for us. We got up the next morning and hiked the Red Canyon Open Spaces the next morning.

Nice place
The location was quiet and it felt very safe. I would stay here again. We arrived after hours and left before business hours and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Super convenient and the location near Red Rock Canyon open space was a plus! We loved waking up and being able to cross the street and hit the trails

This is a great overnighter and very affordable. It is right next to some nature hikes featuring some of Colorado’s red sand stone spires. It is dry camping with no hookups but like I said it is very affordable. We paid $20 + tax.
