Welcome to our beautiful 10 acre property that borders pikes peak and Fort Carson Army base. The views here are absolutely breathtaking, enjoy coyote hunting, shooting safely, and many other extra curricular activities. Of course you can choose to remain to yourself with the utmost privacy as well and take in the breathtaking views. This adventure stop is located 17 miles in either direction of a major city with expansive shopping and food choices. We hope to welcome you and may the new year of 2023 be a very prosperous year for you filled with joy, love and adventure!Come set up your tent, 5th wheel or semi and enjoy your self sufficiency and backwoods freedom. We offer camping with glorious Mountain View’s, coyote hunting is possible for avid hunters, hiking and exploring is also at your leisure. Generators are allowed and long term rates for self sufficient RVs and Trailers will be considered. Rocky terrain/ Gravel in some spots and grass/ dirt available as well. Livestock such as goats and llamas and an alpaca are also available for your enjoyment. Our property borders sand creek and Fort Carson. Pikes peak is a constant view as well.
