Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Family owned sites over looking several rows of mountains. Off grid campsites. Current availability includes a modest camp-shed attached to a mountain biking playground. Campsite includes fire pit, picnic table, mountain biking trail, walking trails, and medicine wheel. Camp-shed includes: cooking utensils, cast iron skillet, EMT bag for emergencies, bunk beds, fire place, rustic cooking oven, table, chairs, games and books to read. In the surrounding area (30min away) there is white water rafting, helicopter rides, the Royal Gorge and other Colorado activities. Not limited to: 4x4 trails, antique shops, and small town feels. (Pups live on the property. MUST LOVE DOGS)Rustic Cabin on the Rocks is a camp-shed located in the blue ridges near Canon CIty, CO. Guests will enjoy access to the surrounding acres of land with walking trails, mountain biking playground, and fire pit. Water is not available at site, bring your own water. Composting toilets are in the future but for now it's a shovel and TP or bring your own portable toilet. (Guests are required to remove waste after stay).
This is an off grid site, no electricity, no hook ups, no running water.
