The Fleischer Family Farm is a small urban farm on the Colorado front range striving to provide opportunities for the local community to source delicious nutrient rich produce, cage free eggs and other cottage food items produced without the use of pesticides or synthetics. Through environmentally respectful practices, our family works tirelessly to be the community provider of quality farm products and your inspiration for continued education in knowing the life cycle of your food. Great safe place to stay. I stayed in early October and can only imagine what it looks like early in the year. Bonus points for having a farmers market on site.

Tent
Great spot for my boys and I to "rough it" during a visit to Lakewood/Golden. Paul was responsive and communicative. The tent location was quite private for an urban campsite and we felt very safe and comfortable.

Great spot! Gives me hope for the world. Urban farming makes for an unexpectedly great camping opportunity!

Good for city camp

This is a good spot for if you want a place in the city! It is in a close, residential neighborhood, so privacy isn’t fully there. The farm itself is very pretty, but it is not secluded at all. Good place for if you need a spot in the city rather than an hour out!

Tent
Without an address to reference before you book (site says to give owner privacy) you would not know just how Urban this camp is. We have a Bronco with a rooftop tent and that would have been tight AND nonetheless there is no privacy. This site is in direct view of multiple backyards. No refund understandable BUT THE $7 EGGS AND $ FIREWOOD we couldn’t obtain because Paul was not available on our arrival were also charged. Not an awesome way of business.

This urban farm was cute and perfect for our needs! It was relatively close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and a nice place to crash after a show. Our hosts provided a porta-potty and soap/water to wash with. Camping was comfortable and the farm was pretty/peaceful in the morning.
