Raft potentially available for rent. Sit on the deck, bbq, fire pit (propane in summer) and enjoy! A must see.Site 1 is basically on the Colorado River. You will access the property from the frontage road, meander down the hill and around the hayfield where you will cross a small bridge to access the island. There are 2 cabins (one finished and available for rent) and the other will be finished late fall 2024. Space for rv or tents, private fishing and boat ramp.

Labor Day Getaway

Perfect secluded and private spot on the river with quick and easy access back to town. The site was well maintained and worked great for a quick weekend getaway to Glenwood Springs for the family. The kids loved playing in the river and the adults enjoyed how private the location was. The hosts were very easy to deal with and I would camp here again without hesitation.
