For years, I have been coming to this scenic and well-equipped RV & cabin resort. The location is phenomenal! The amenities are plenty! And it was time to finally invest in this wonderful place. I am very excited to share it with others. ASTOUNDING LOCATION at this 10-star rated RV Resort (ratings by Good Sam) just a 7-min drive outside downtown Breckenridge. Park your RV on this lot and enjoy a quiet environment close to amenities, excellent star-gazing and mountain views all around. The trailhead to the Colorado trail is a 4 min walk, and ample on-site amenities (tennis courts, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, showers & locker room, game room, small gym, and laundry!!). This RV & Cabin Community is gorgeous and located just between the Swan River and Blue River. Perfect for either a couples getaway or for families with plenty of activities for kids. Experienced and responsive host of this as well as other properties in Denver. Come during ski season and use the heated lines for RV hookup. This location is very close to 5 world class ski resorts (Breckenridge—7 min, Copper—15 min, Keystone—15 min, Loveland—25 min, & Arapahoe Basin 20 min), and just 35-45 min to Vail. This site features a concrete pad with a picnic table for your enjoyment. It offers full hook-ups for water, sewer, and electric (30 & 50 amp service). AND Free Wi-Fi service is available as well. And heat probes in the water risers at each site allow you to stay with us all year round!

RV Site in Breckenridge, Mtn Views!

This was our second stay at David's RV spot. We had a great stay as usual. We had to book last minute just days before our stay and David made it easy and provided all the information right away. The hook ups have been improved and eveeything you need is provided for you at the site.

Great RV spot with super close proximity to where we were skiing for the weekend! David was great to work with. We especially enjoyed the indoor hot tubs.

Great spot at Tiger Run. Close to the club house, on a quiet block and a great price for Summit County. We will be back.

Nice pad in lovely Tiger Run resort. Can quickly get to 3 ski areas! Host is super responsive and communicative. Excellent value to park your RV for full hookups in a great area.

Great stay!

RV Site in Breckenridge, Mtn Views!

Had a wonderful stay here. David is very responsive and the lit is well kept. A little tight turning in, but if you know what you are doing you will fit perfect. Much quieter than the lots closer to the highway that I have stayed in. Thanks David and hope to stay again soon!!!

RV Site in Breckenridge, Mtn Views!

Nestled between two chalets. The lot is nicely landscaped and David's detailed instructions made it easy to find. Close to hiking. Didn't even use the amenities or go into town! Remember a coax cable if you want to indulge in cable TV. :) Wireless was strong.
