Never actually met the hosts, but Amelia seemed really nice and gave me helpful hints and I had a nice, secluded chance to be at their place all by myself. ;-)

Nice property. The site is isolated from the house so we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Really close to Hall Ranch hiking/biking trail and easy to get to downtown Lyons.

walking distance to the Lyons folk festival, a little dark at night but we had headlamps that helped. quiet and just what we needed after a long afternoon of music!

Amelia had a great place for us to spend the night as we went to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was quiet and peaceful.
