This property is 5 acres nestled at the base of mount blanca, and a short walk to BLM lands that you can explore, as well as down the road, you can hike up to Lake Como. 15 minutes from the great sand dunes. Rough land currently and dry camping only at this time. Future plans to build a cob dome, and create a unique land scape.
