Nice ahowers
It was a really nice campsite with clean bathrooms and nice showers. I wasn’t expecting to be so close to other campers. Location was good. Hosts were informative. Only issue was proximity to other campers. There are no set campsites. If you book campsite #whatever, you get put wherever they decide.

This is a quaint rustic campground. The sites are not designated sites. There are fire pits, picnic tables, and gas barbecues scattered around the area. When you arrive you are directed to find a spot you like. Some of the grills had tanks, some didn’t. We had someone coming into our site each night to use the grill that was near us. There are warm showers. The trash was not taken out once in 3 days while we were there. It would have been nice to see some wasp traps as they were everywhere when the food came out:

Mac was aware that I had a late check in and was more than accommodating. He gave me some great advice and a nice chat was much appreciated after a long drive. The bathroom and cooking facilities are great, and the friendly cats were an added bonus.
