This 5.5 acre property sat unattended for 10 years. I have been working for 3 years now to revive the fruit trees and build a micro-farm. The weather is perfect for growing 365 days a year. It is part forest with redwood stands, part wetlands, and part farmable land. You can hear the ocean from the farm. It's just 5 minutes to 10 Mile Beach Access. A little known beach, usually with just a few locals. The harbor at the mouth of the Noyo River in Fort Bragg, it's wonderful restaurants, and the recreational and commercial fishing boats is just 8 minutes away. You can rent kayaks there as well. Jug Handle State Natural Reserve it's 15 minutes away. Russian Gulch State Park is 20 minutes away. Jackson State Demonstration Forest is less than 30 minutes away. Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is 15 minutes away.

Wild Woman Farm - RV Pad -Ocean
Decent spot for a last-minute trip
We had a great time camping on Anna's property! Unfortunately, Anna was called away by an unexpected emergency and had not had time to fully prepare the property for guests, so I'm writing this review based on our experience. Pros: -Anna was a helpful host. She had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. I also really appreciate that she trusted us to be on her property despite not being present -Convenient location (very close to a private beach and MacKerricher State Park; less than 10 minutes from Fort Bragg) -RV site was as advertised (flat, with full hookups). Electrical hookup is set a bit away from the site, so I would recommend having 50 feet of electrical cord available. -We enjoyed the shared fire pit and low-cost firewood! -Camp co-host (a doberman named Winston) was super friendly and well-behaved. He loved playing fetch with my kids. Anna had arranged for someone to come feed him in her absence, and I was a bit nervous at first about being left alone on a propety with a doberman, but he was great! Cons: -The RV/hookups spot is right next to Anna's trailer, so there would not be a lot of privacy if she were there. -Some cleanup was needed around the site (dog poo, spider webs on table and chairs near fire pit). I think this would have been taken care of if Anna had been present. -Goats were being temporarily boarded at a neighbors ranch. -No bathroom facilities Overall, we had a good time and would stay here again.

Coastal RV, Van, or Car Camping
Little out of the way private spot
I’m a traveling photographer. Anna was very friendly and welcoming. Basic accommodations but water and power available and that was all I needed. Very friendly Doberman pincher, my little buddy the little time I was there. Goats were a hoot to play with. Lots of wildlife on the property , quail running everywhere, that was awesome. I would recommend

Coastal RV, Van, or Car Camping
OK but not great
This is hard to write. This is really just a place to park your rv. It's pretty messy, there's junk all over. We wondered what people did if they were just camping & didn't have an RV because there didn't seem to be a bathroom. The goats were really cute, at least there's that..
