Full hook up site
Everything worked out great for our night in the Santa Cruz area. The spot was pretty easy to find even though the area is quite dark at night. Hookups worked with no issues, Wi-Fi was great, and the host was responsive.

Oak Grove at the Barn
Don’t miss this spot!
We had a lovely weekend at Dawn’s - the perfect setup for camping! The space is isolated enough from the road and host’s home to feel private, while having easy access to town and amenities like water, an outdoor shower, toilet, and even games set up on site. The string lights were so helpful at night around camp, and they even left us extra tools to get our fire going. Such kind and welcoming hosts, we look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay at Whiskey Hill! The owners were so kind and responsive, and their friendly dog, Luna was a gracious host. The spot had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. We would definitely come again!

Fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience at Whiskey Hill Barn and Camp! Dawn was an amazing host, going above and beyond to help me get my RV parked comfortably and even sharing some delicious local beer, which was a treat. The campsite was well-maintained, with a perfect blend of privacy and a welcoming atmosphere, even with two other families nearby. The area was peaceful, clean, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly camping experience!

Oak Grove at the Barn
Our one night stay at Dawn’s place was a great start to long weekend getaway. We had the pleasure of meeting Dawn’s husband upon our arrival. He was very friendly and gave us a quick lay of the land. With it getting dark earlier, the outdoor lights were very helpful when setting up camp and making dinner. The kiddos were really excited about the s’more kit that was set-up on the welcome table. We also appreciated having a spot to use the bathroom across from our camp site. In the morning we were able to meet Luna, their dog, aka the Camp Host.

Creek site
The grounds were great here. We stayed at the Creek Site, which was up against the main road, but it did have a good amount of shrubs so that it wasn't very visible. The barn is amazing and the pea gravel made for a very clean campsite.
