Glamping in the best way!
Amazing spot. Honestly so pretty and they have a beautiful set up with a sink on the site as well as a fire pit, utensils, and more! The bathroom was amazing with mushroom shower curtains. The host was so nice. It felt like glamping!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Best camp in Mendocino!!
The camp was amazing!! very private, clean and has lot of amenities. The firepit/grill was very easy to use, and you get plenty of free woods.
The host was very friendly, taking care of everything.
I would definitely go back as soon as I can!
Highly recommend!!!

Great site, better hosts.
Shay and Liz were the best hosts!!! The site is well appointed, clean and a great location. We would not have survived the constant cold rain if not for the additional provisions supplied by Shay and Liz. Thanks for making it a great stay even with the horrible weather.

The campsites were amazing, well appointed with an attention to detail. The shared space was nice and the communal bathroom and showers clean and nice. The only downside was the amount of dog barking. There was one dog that barked constantly for a good portion of our Saturday evening by the fire. It was hard to ignore. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

I'm hesitating to leave a raving review because I want this gem of a find to stay unknown! Jokes aside, we had a wonderful stay at StarGazer #3 with a group of 4 and one large dog. The smokeless firepit was clutch, and Shay & Liz provided plenty of firewood to keep us toasty for two nights in the low 40s. Absolutely don't skip on the waterfall hike--the state park is breathtakingly beautiful. One downside was that a very talkative dog somewhere close by (not on camp) had a lot to say for a while each night and in the wee morning, so you might wanna make sure you bring earplugs. That said, I'd still come back and have already recommended this place to friends!
