Get away from the city and get dusty on our beautiful 2.5 acre dreamland. The Sunrise is a bare bones, clean and simple vintage trailer with a bed and storage. There are battery lights but no electricity or hook ups. Live like a yesteryear vaquero- make a fire, stargaze, and be zen. Amenities include an outhouse, a simple changing room/solar shower, picnic table and fire pit. Listen for the coyotes and search out the jackrabbits. The Sunrise Sanctuary is our little slice of heaven in North Joshua Tree. The property is located a quick 15 minute drive into Joshua Tree town, the Saloon and the main entrance to the park. At our property you'll enjoy peace and quiet, starry nights, and breathtaking sunrises. The trailer is very simple and clean and features one double bed inside. There is no electricity or hookups so bring your camping gear. We are happy for you to bring a few friends to tent camp on the property with you, but there is only indoor accommodation for two guests. There's an outhouse and a basic solar shower/changing room (BYO water). You'll supply your own bedding and pillowcases, give the Sunrise a quick once over before you leave and please pack out your trash.

Love it!
Absolutely loved this stay. Definitely bring your own water, sheets, and towels (if you plan to solar shower). This super cute abode was stocked with little thoughtful supplies that helped, and it is a minimalist’s dream glamping experience. A few neighbors around but there’s a good amount of privacy and it was just what we needed. Loved the picnic table.

Cute setup!
This property/trailer were great for my time in Joshua Tree! The outhouse was truly one of the best I’ve seen, and the picnic table/fire pit were super helpful. It was a bit too cold to take full advantage of the solar shower, but I was grateful for it on the days it was warm enough. I recommend a lot of blankets and firewood in the cold months— as well as ear plugs year round just in case. It was mostly quiet in the area, but noise levels varied throughout the week.

Perfect getaway for stargazing! Stayed here with my partner and our senior dog. Loved our stay here, instructions were clear and trailer was as expected.. The fire pit and picnic table were very convenient. Would definitely stay again! Just info for future campers - it’s about 2 miles of dirt road to the trailer and if it is windy, the trailer rattles (if you’re a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs). Make sure to bring necessities (water for washing, kitchen utensils, outdoor lights). The trailer had LED light switches and lantern lights inside.
