The Painted Tents
perfect stay
Our group of 11 LOVED the site, only regret was only booking one night ! The painted tent had plenty of space for our large group, 3 cars and 2 dogs! The lake was perfect for us to cool down and hang out! The site was quiet and peaceful and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The animals on the property were so sweet and we loved seeing the chickens, goats, and horses. We had some car trouble & the host was so patient w/ us and help us out after check out. Looking forward to come back again!

The Painted Tents
This is a really amazing campsite! The site is very quiet and private, and the lake is just a short (but steep!) walk away, where you get the beach all to yourself. The lake is gorgeous, and so are the trails on and around the property. There are also horses, chickens, dogs, and more animals - one of the dogs was very friendly and came to visit a few times. I definitely recommend staying here!

The Lake View Tree House
Highly recommend!
Great property and an awesome stay! The treehouse and surrounding camping area was perfect for our large group, giving us privacy, open space, great views, and amenities that were really added to the experience. There's a small kitchenette area with a functional sink and mini-fridge that made cooking super easy. A shower and porter potty exclusive to our campground. The days get HOT in Aug/Sept, the site has some shade but a canopy was great to have to get out of the sun. Luckily the lake was a great reprieve and had kayaks and a few lifevests for use as well. The walk to the lake is longer than expected, so it is easier to drive down if you're able but be mindful that once you get past the gravel road, you definitely should have a vehicle with more ground clearance and AWD/4x4. Bring some good water shoes since the shoreline of the lake is made up of very jagged rock. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend! Thanks Jeremy!

Camp Parking - Horse & Lake View
Fun camping trip on a farm!
We had a great 2-night stay. Jeremy was an excellent host. The view from the campsite was lovely, and all of the animals were so cool! We also kayaked and swam in the lake.

The Lake View Tree House
Beautiful view, friendly hosts
Friendly people and friendly animals. Lovely view and a perfect swim in the lake. While rustic, the shower was spectacular too - instantly warm and with a view of the lake and mountains.
