The property is located in Marysville, just a few minutes north of Yuba City. Our property is less than 30 minutes from countless hiking trails, including Black Swan Trail, Bobelaine Sanctuary Loop and Bullards Bar Trail. We are also just two miles away from the famous Yuba River!
Enjoy local wines and beautiful scenery when you visit one of the numerous wineries the region has to offer. The area is also known for its production of rice, walnuts, almonds and prunes. The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes away where you can find all of the basic necessities you may need!
