Love living where people vacation. We want to share this private spot away from crowded RV parks. Safe quiet Family neighborhood. This spot will just get better and better. Wake up early and you might find a fresh egg in the coop. We have 30 amp hookup and water. Cassette outdoor facilities. Self contained units highly recommended. Fire pit supplied with wood.Located in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Tin City is a mile away and more wineries and distilleries than a liver can handle in multiple weekends. 20 minutes drive to the Coast, Lake Nacimiento, and Cal Poly. This site is best for fully contained RV/Trailer. Water and 40 amp power at site. It’s pretty level but you will have to adjust to your liking. Great BBQing temperatures cooled down each evening with coastal breezes. Snuggle up next to the large fire nook and gaze at the stars in the safe and quiet family neighborhood.

Temple-Tin, RV Corral
Our stay at Temple-Tin was fantastic from the moment we arrived, when we were greeted by 2 adorable dogs and 2 helpful, friendly members of the Gray family. The space was large enough for our 20 ft Airstream and Toyota Sequoia— hooking up the Airstream was seamless— and the extra amenities, including the quaint tent living space, as well as the picnic table and chairs all contributed to the relaxing atmosphere. Templeton is a quaint town centrally located to all the nearby wineries and beach towns. The Grays were also welcoming hosts who didn’t mind our inquisitive, playful puppy! I highly recommend staying at Temple-Tin and look forward to returning on our next visit to the area.

Outdoor living
Jim’s set up was awesome for enjoying the central coast weather and outdoor living. Grill, fire pit, picnic table and Cornhole all were amazing amenities we enjoyed. There was also a media yurt set up with TV and couch for getting away from the weather if needed. Fresh eggs from the chicken coup was the icing on top each morning. We’ll definitely be back.

Jim was a great host and the location is perfect to visit wine country. Jim has added a small yurt with couch, TV and a heater plus board games. Privacy was also excellent. We felt like we were in a private resort. Obi and Quigley came by to visit multiple times a day. 🙂

A great spot to park your RV or camper van for the night whilst visiting the surrounding areas. The camp spot is located in front of the host’s (Jim) house, but there’s a bush wall between the two so it feels private. He’s provided a picnic table, fire pit, and outdoor shower for you to enjoy out there :) The chairs by the fire pit are super comfy. A great spot to relax after a traveling day. Jim was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great place to set up camp if you’re traveling through the area and want to experience the local wine scene or enjoy the beach nearby :)

Perfect stay
What a perfect location in a quite neighborhood. Close to Morrow Bay, Pismo Beach and several wineries. Main Street Templeton is adorable. Jim the host is the best! Very personable and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.
