Didn’t enjoy the experience
This campsite, while it is beautiful, the area is amazing, but the support from the host is non existent. Before we arrived, I reached out several times to ask questions which never were answered. Upon arrival, we were met by a pleasant guy who inquired if we were hook up. We told him we were and he directed us to where we would be able to do so. After setting up, plugging in, and trying to unsuccessfully get an internet signal, we walked over to the area he was laying footprints for future tiny homes, and asked about internet. He stated, “There is no internet service here at all, the closest is in town.” We were a little surprised because the advertisement stated, “spotty” internet. Not a big deal, we rode into town to take care of something that required internet, and returned a while later, and he was no longer on site. So, we ate dinner, went into our trailer to turn on light, and; no power! No electricity at all was running through the line. We checked every single hookup at the campsite to be sure. We decided let’s shower. There was NO hot water. This was a big disappointment. People who were staying nearby said he told them there was no electricity at the campground at all! Well story unnecessarily long, we were misled! The advertisement is misleading, and since you can’t reach the host, it appears very deceptive. I don’t expect all the bells and whistles of a hotel stay, however I do expect integrity and honesty! I feel a refund is in order! G

Never again
This campsite advertised spring water and electricity. We got there and there was no water hookups or electricity at the site. We were told it had been turned off due to non payment. Don't know if that's true or not but there was no hot showers and no electricity at the site which I specifically requested. And no one let me know there would not be any there after taking my money. Basically I paid $55 a night for a primitive site. No camp host spoke to us. I myself clean the bathroom because we were on our own. This was an absolute rip off. The consolation was it was a beautiful weekend. But they can't take credit for that. Hipcamp should read the description and advertisement for this campsite and then actually go down and see it.

We had to switch spots three times due to the number of bees all over the campground. It is also very close to the hosts' house; there was glass all over the ground of the campsite, and I mean EVERYWHERE. You can not walk barefoot. There are good trees for hanging hammocks, though. Thumbs up for that. The bathroom is also pretty nice, but it is far away from all the sites.

horrible place
So far not good. We don’t plan on ever coming back to this spot. The drive up was very pretty but the place looks nothing like the photos and i mean nothing. The owner only came and spoke to us once and it was dark at night and she basically snuck up on us. Very weird. Bugs infested the bathroom, no fire wood, never mentioned bee and wasp infestation either!!! l’m allergic so it would've been nice to know before hand. There is broken glass everywhere at the campsites. The roads are very busy at night! and in the morning which is right next to the campsite area. Quiet hours were never enforced both nights we were there. If you are going to advertise a great quiet evening place. First step you should do is make the place QUIET.

Great spot to escape to, especially for stargazing on clear nights. We were spoiled as we had the whole campground to ourselves. Definitely excited to come back!
