Daisy at Simply Camping!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Tammy was so kind and welcoming and her pig, Miss Piggy, is wonderful. This is such a beautiful place to stay and so peaceful. Would 100% recommend camping here :)

Duke at Simply Camping

Follow her directions. I got there after sunset and was a bit worried but she met me at the intersection where the last street sign was and got me to the camp site.

Spam at Simply Camping

Wonderful!!

Oh my!!! What an incredible experience. This has been one of the most fantastic camping experiences of my life. We traveled as a family with 2 children (3 and 8 years old) and Tammy surprised us with games for them and they LOVED petting Miss Peggy. The camping is in a remote (you will be driving on a non-paved road for a good 30 minutes before you reach it - if you have a 4x4 it will be faster), and gorgeous spot. This is a camp for anyone who wants to have an incredible desert experience, away from any civilization. This is not for you if you need electricity, running water, and a Starbucks as soon as you wake up :-D Tammy was such a wonderful, eccentric and truthful host. And we sure lucked out with our neighbors!! I hope we get to go again!!

Tammy was an amazing host and was the sweetest person ! I felt so welcomed and what a cool campground ! There was a great bathroom and a PIG !

Chuckwalla at Tribal Camp

Gorgeous night sky

We got there after dark but had no problem finding it with the specific directions Tammy gave us after we reserved spot. She met us and gave us a tour, allowing us to choose our site. We were the first campers and chose spot near restroom. There was a flush toilet and running sink water. Nice and clean. She showed us games and lawn chairs set up to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two other sets of campers arrived a few hours after us. We were spaced far enough apart there was no disturbance. Stayed up to gaze at the stars and didn't start a campfire, but there was a nice ring and chairs set up around it. Slept with the tent cover off so we could sleep under the stars. Woke up before sunrise and got to take it all in. Moved our vehicle to give us shade in our tent and slept a couple more hours. Truly a last minute get away that proved to be a beautiful 🌙 🌃 night under the stars.
