Come stay at our beautiful 4 acre property with trails through forestry hills and plenty of wildlife. Things to note about the property: -Follow the flags to Sunset Rock, the best place to view sunsets -Wildlife in the area includes: deer, turkeys, rabbits, peacocks, pheasants, quails, foxes. There are also bears and mountain lions in the area. Please keep food secured (animals will find them!) -Feel free to walk the trails but beware of poison oak in the area. Please stay inside the fenced/flagged areas to avoid wandering onto neighboring properties -No fires allowed due to the high risk burn area. Feel free to bring a propane grill (no charcoal allowed) Location: -5 minutes to Gold Vine Bistro, a gourmet locally sourced restaurant -5 minutes to Cosumnes River Gorge. Beautiful river canyon views, hiking, and rock climbing -We’re in the heart of the Fair Play Wine Trail, with over a dozen vineyards within 10 minutes to an hour. There is a tasting room 5 minutes away. -25 minutes to historic downtown Placerville -1 hour to Sierra-at-Tahoe Ski Resort -1.5 hours to South Lake Tahoe We live on the property, so let us know if you need anything to make your experience the best.

Alina’s property was great. We stayed one night in our campervan on our way to Tahoe. Alina is super responsive and very friendly. The site was quiet and had a picnic table and very clean outhouse. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great stay here. Booked last minute on our way to Desolation so arrived late and left early, but had exactly what we needed. Compost toilet was unbelievably clean, nice picnic table to eat breakfast, and clear directions and way in. Thank you!! Super responsive and helpful host.

Great experience

Clean and clear area with ample space and multiple options for where to pitch a tent. The outhouse was very nice. I would absolutely stay here again. We came in at night and left in the morning so I can't speak for being there in the heat of the day but I presume with how many trees there are, it wouldn't be too difficult to find shade.

Great stay at Alina's property. They had a flat spot for us to park our campervan and tent surrounded by oaks with lovely shade. They were also very communicative prior to and on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed.
