Welcome to southern Santa Cruz County, home of some of the longest and most beautiful beaches in central California. We are located in La Selva Beach, a five-minute walk to Manresa State Beach. We are a small, working farm with vegetable and flower gardens, chickens and bees. There are many excellent places to hike, walk, surf, swim, tide pool or just sit and enjoy the view. SELF CONTAINED UNITS ONLY We offer quiet campsites with fantastic views of the three hundred acres of strawberry fields that back up to our property. Our campsites provide water and electric hookups and only appropriate for self-contained recreational vehicles and trailers. One of the sites has no size constraints on RVs or trailers. Our Valley View site is limited to rigs 26 feet long or less. We do not offer personal hygiene services e.g. porta potty, sinks or showers). We do not accommodate tent camping. We love to host guests and will provide information about things to do and see in our area. We often loan our State Parks pass so that you can venture out to Point Lobos, Wilder Ranch, Sunset Beach, Natural Bridges and more. Our property is peaceful and restorative. Our sites are about 30 yards apart. Each camp site includes a fire pit and a bundle of wood. Surf boards, Boogey boards and wetsuits are available for rent from the surf shop on site. We are 15 minutes from the village of Capitola, 30 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and 45 minutes to Monterey. There is a Dump station 5 minutes down the road at the KOA (for a fee).

Very clean, spacious and welcoming
Loved being so close to the ocean. Very clean, spacious and welcoming site. Robin and everyone we came across on site were extremely friendly and respectful of our space. They were available when we had questions, and talked to our kids about the bees and chickens on site, but also gave us our space. The only downside… there is always something, right… was being right next to the road. At night cars would fly done the street, and some were pretty loud, others would cause our trailer to shake a bit. It was not horrible, just noticeable. It did not keep any of from getting the peaceful sleep we were there to get. It will NOT be something from keeping us from coming back. 5 out of 5 stars.

Loved the experience, shared the site with a great horned owl in the tree adjacent to our van. Very peaceful sleep. So close to the beach too. Thank you

Camping with Animals :)
Location was amazing!!! Just a short walk to the beach. Our host Robin and Ray were the best super kind provider all the firewood we wanted . The site is nice and flat had power hook up and a great view. I would definitely com back. No only did we enjoy it but the dogs were in heaven.

Right place to be for Santa Cruz
If you are looking for an affordable place near Santa Cruz while not downgrading your experience, this is it. Would happily go back in the future. A short walk (10 minutes) to an amazing miles long beach. Overlooks a working agricultural area. We had an amazing time. Thank you Robin.

Great stay outside of Santa Cruz
We had a great time, we stayed at the Valley View site which is the more private of the two sites and away from the street. Hosts Robin and Ray were so nice and helpful! They gave us lots of tips for things to see and do in the local area and also supplied firewood which was a really nice gesture. In addition to the fire pit it was also nice to have water and an electric hookup to recharge our battery, as well as a trash and recycle bin on site.

Early fall getaway
Robin and Ray have a lovely property! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed their peaceful space. It was clean and had everything we could want and more. Will be back for sure ♥️
