it's a 2.5 Acres of pure California Desert. Located 21 miles away from California City and 25 miles away from Boron City. It is a dirt road after you exiting I-395. Have a little seasonal creek located on south edge of property. Beautiful Stargazing Spot. Have a kittle hill near by that is good for hiking just watch out for poisonous creatures they are harmless unless cornered.2.5 acres of Californian desert. Great views of surrounding mountains. Middle of nowhere, a great spot to get away. It's Hot, it's Dry and it is Very Dusty, but it will be very liberating experience. Please make sure to bring plenty of Water. NO FACILITIES. Both closest cities (Boron and City of California) have necessary supplies available, and they just far enough to get nice stargazing experience. If you plan on having a campfire please obtain a burn permit on line. Its free and a great fire safety precaution. NO FIREWORKS Permitted at ANY TIME.
