Site 2 - Luxury Tent
We loved our stay here. It was a great getaway that was still very close to some great parks for hiking. The staff was very friendly as well.

Luxury Tent
Nice tent and some good onsite amenities. The tents as explained are fairly close together and make sure you bring everything you need if you plan to cook. I'd recommend this place.

The amenities were nice (pool, sauna, fire places, etc) though the pictures for the camping spots looked more private than they turned out to be. The spots are very close to one another, lights were left on all night, and the overall feel of the place was almost summer campy, which is likely very fun for kids and teens but not much an opportunity to rest or escape for those looking for a more nature based camping experience. My partner and I could also only find one toilet for each gendered restroom? And there were a lot of people there. 10 showers for each restroom, at least in reach of where we were camping.

I have to first start by saying that this place is in a beautiful location. Customer service is good and the campsites are clean and quiet. I was looking for something last Minute. That I will admit. If you're looking for a glamping type situation , this place is awesome , It's high priced and highly regulated. As an old school California camper, it's not exactly what I am looking for in a campsite, it is not spaced out. It seems to have many options for rich young couples to dip their toe into camping on the weekends with their Tesla cars and $15000 tow behind micro trailers. It is not affordable for a several nights Stay and every little thing that is extra cost more money. Unfortunately this is the way of california now since you cannot camp on the side of the road And you have to book california state campgrounds six months Is in advance. I'm sure there is a market for this as It's been in business for quite a while and it was very busy. it is just not my type of place but I'm glad it was available so I didn't have to risk a 1000$ ti ket for road side camping
