Learn more about this land: Our campground is conveniently located just 40 minutes away from Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. We are 20 minutes away from Pine Flat Lake and 15 minutes away from two excellent local restaurants; Bear Mountain Pizza and Twin Valley Sports Grill. There is a local convenience store about a mile up the road for any forgotten necessities, snacks, or beverages you may want during your stay. Our site has a community area available to you equipped with picnic tables, a barbecue, a restroom area, and a shower. We have five spaces available that can be used as tent or small R.V. sites and two pull-through R.V. sites. We currently do not offer R.V. hookups, and we recommend that they be self-contained. WiFi is included with your stay; the password will be provided upon arrival. Each camp site is provided a table, a fire ring (when a fire ban is not in effect), a personal bbq (charcoal and lighter-fluid are not supplied), and a water bucket. Please ensure that the water buckets are only used for water and not anything else. The owner is available if needed, but will respect your privacy during your stay. Our campground is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. Camp Host Helpful!
Although there were some issues with Hipcamp and we were not able to stay at Bryan's property, he was amazing with helping us find an alternate site when we showed up! He was very responsive and friendly online and made sure everything was taken care of on the administrative side.

Great location for Sequioa Trip
Site is clean, well maintained, easy to get to, and close to the national parks. Clean portapotty and functioning showers located close to the campsites. Fire pit and grill provided.

Do not waste your time or money.
I would not recommend this place. We pulled up to property and we’re not impressed. Not kid friendly. It was not a relaxing camping site there was trash everywhere. We did not stay at site. I would rate this place a 0/10.

Camping with kids 😁
Loved this campsite! Bryan is such a great host. The ground is mostly level with grass. Great for tent camping! Having a toilet and shower stall are a huge plus! The area is close to the parks. There's a little convenience store around the corner which is great. The locals are very friendly. Really appreciated this spot! 😁 PS. I saw some reviews mention the neighbors having dogs. I really appreciated this actually because dogs keep predators away such as coyotes, making this spot really safe, even at night! Which makes me appreciate this place even more 🥰

The road to this parking spot is long and rough. Very quiet and off the beaten path. Did not see our host. Restful night before entering Yosemite Park the next day.
