167 acre ranch in Northern Santa Barbara County. 15 minutes from the beach at Jalama. 10-30 minutes from wineries in Lompoc and Santa Ynez Valley. Swimming (at your own risk) in the pond with beach entry, hiking, golf green and more. Camp by the pond or rent the ranch for a family reunion. Circle bar, Santa Maria grill, solo stove (wind permitting) for use. Restroom facilities and stage.
