Learn more about this land: This is a large flat site with rolling hills, lovely rural views, rolling oak studded pastureland, open views, lovely sunsets and beautiful mornings. Very quiet, private, peaceful and serene. Afternoon breezes while red tailed hawks ride the thermals, and woodpeckers work on their treasure hoarde. Spot the breeding pair of Bald Eagles who swoop down almost low enough to touch! Wildlife abounds. Easy access from Highway 101, yet private and secluded. Nancy was wonderful with easy directions, coming to meet me to follow her to the property, and was very welcoming to me and my dog, he even got a little cup of treats! She and her property felt very safe, and I was grateful for a place to land for the night on a long road trip!

Repeat Visit! We love this beautiful place so much we changed our travel arrangements to come back. Nancy is THE BEST HOSTESS, bar none. She has been unfailingly kind and helpful in all regards. The campsite is quiet, rural, smells WONDERFUL from all the eucalyptus trees. Pups and I enjoyed hour plus hikes each day and the stars at night are amazing. I could not ask for a better place to rest between competitions and teaching.

Camping: Doggo Approved!
Nancy is such an amazing host and is so welcoming! The land is beautiful and being able to meet/feed her horse and donkey. We were traveling with our dog and she encouraged us to let her off leash since the whole property is fenced in and our dog loved it! Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Nancy was a very gracious host meeting us at the meeting point and guiding us in. She even saved me by bringing me coffee supplies to make my coffee in the morning! Daisy, the donkey and Hannah the horse were wonderful companions as well. Charming little outdoorsy retreat. Very conveniently located off the highway near San Juan Bautista

Easy overnight on a working ranch
Several nice level spots for an RV on a working ranch with some common areas with bathrooms and firepit. A couple of Donkeys with big personalities! Nancy is a personable and helpful host. Nice quiet spot.
