Learn more about this land: Welcome to our family farm! Less than 5 minutes to downtown Chico! We grow small amounts of lots of things! Citrus, pomegranates, flowers, nuts, seasonal veggies, chickens, eggs and honey! We are building something special here and work in tandem with Covering Ground Farm and their staff to grow a variety of food on the farm. Feel free to look around while you are here, but please be mindful of your surroundings as this is a working farm with hazards around. We recommend staying inside the main developed "yard" area with kids and dogs as it is much safer. There are people coming and going frequently throughout the day, and work usually stops just after sunset. We have 1 RV hookup, with water and 30 amp power. There are no sewer hookups, but you can dump your tank for an additional fee. Please bring your own hose for water. We have a fire pit for use, but limited wood supply. Please bring some wood if possible. Wide open lawn area, shaded tree area and farm space available to explore. The pool is open for all guests but the hot tub is not available for Hipcamp. We have 2 brand new flushable toilets available for all of our guests. The "Bath House" is still being finished, and will eventually have 2 showers as well. Please be mindful of the other people on the property! Enjoy our home and let us know if you need anything during your stay.RV site is the premier site on the property. It opens to the Redwood Grove area, and big lawn. Lots of room to set up chairs and blankets on the lawn and enjoy the sunshine and let your dogs run. The site is close to the private road, but there is little to no regular traffic unless residents are coming and going who live on the street.

I had a very quiet roomy place to relax. When the bathrooms with showers and especially the sink/s are finished which is likey soon, I will feel much better about staying.

This place rocks!!!

This place is so cute! Not only do they run a wonderful farm, the space they have for hipcampers is thoughtfully set up. They had yard games to play and a pool. This place definitely is an extra nice camping space and soooo close to town. We walked from Savor Ice Cream over to here and though we walk alot, it did not feel so very far. Downtown is a maybe 40min walk. I'm almost a little afraid to leave a good reveiw because I want it to be open for us next time we travel to chico. Im in love with this place! I highly recommend! And if you get a chance, buy a box of produce!! It was beautiful and they don't spray pesticides! Hu what? They care about your health?! What?! Haha! Also the hosts are very friendly and helpful. This place is a gem!
