RV, Trailer, Camper Van sites located on a coastal ridge-top orchard surrounded by redwoods. Each site includes access to artesian well water, 30-amp RV hook-up, 20-amp outlet, solar string lights, and a picnic table. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE RV/CAMPER VAN/TRAILER ONLY - WE DO NOT HAVE TOILETS/SHOWERS AND THEREFORE WE DO NOT OFFER CAR/TENT CAMPING - BYOB - Bring Your Own Baño. A great place to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of the area. Wake up to a chorus of birds while the sunrises over the forest. Stay up enjoying the 360 degree star gazing. The property is located east of Occidental in a unique "banana belt" along the USDA 9a/9b climate zones, inside the "Green Valley" Sonoma wine appellation, on a quintessential country lane. Originally settled and farmed in the early 1900's by a family of Italian immigrants, from who the lane is named. One acre is our family compound, two acres are forest preserve, and the other two acres are the orchard - where the parking sites have been integrated. The orchard has many different fruit trees including heritage Gravenstein apples that were originally planted by the family from Italy. The Gravensteins are ripe between mid July to mid August. The orchard borders a forest with old growth Redwoods, Douglas Fir, Bay Laurel, Oaks, and Madrone. Some wildlife passes through the orchard, especially birds. The site offers great star gazing, sun rises, moon rises and access to a charming walk on a beautiful country lane for sunsets. Two minute drive to Occidental, and a twenty minute drive to the beaches of the Sonoma Coast and the Russian River. A great location to explore and enjoy nearby small towns, wineries, dairies, hiking, bicyling, surfing, kayaking, and farmers markets... or just relax at the site, make a picnic and bask in the serenity. Site 3 - Orchard Paradise in Wine Country
Picturesque Country Orchard Camping
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful orchard. It's such a unique setting for camping! The neighboring site was somewhat visible and a bit more vegetation or fencing in between would have made it feel more private. However, it was still more privacy than most parks give you. The country road, with its lovely homes and towering trees, was nice for walking our pups, but we did need to be mindful of the occasional cars zipping through. We saw deer and were highly entertained by a family of quail right by our campsite. It's a very quick drive to Bodega Bay, which is just an awesome place to visit. We highly recommend this camp!

We loved our stay at Ochard Paradise! The sites were beautiful, private, and well kept. The apples were delicious! We even made an apple crisp on our BBQ!

Peaceful Nights sleep
Very peaceful spot. Was fun to see the quail running around the yard. An easy 20 minute drive to the beach and good restaurants with farm stands along the way. If in the area we would stay again.

Site 1 - Orchard Paradise in Wine Country
The most beautiful and peaceful camping oasis!! We can’t recommend Joseph’s place enough. We are full time RV’ers and so far it has been one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Joseph is very easy to communicate with, is extremely friendly and welcoming. We are beyond happy with our stay here. Reliable electricity and water, on site 1 the water and electric are about 50 feet apart with the electric at the front of the site so I recommend bringing a very long power cord if you plan on backing into this spot.
