Small farm with a peaceful vibe
I really loved this camp. Hostess was so helpful when I was backing in. She has many amenities available. Coffee pot and coffee was right there along with a potty/shower area. I was able to hook up to electricity. I met her animals and even a semi tame white tailed deer. I fed them apples. There are chickens! She brought me fresh eggs for my breakfast and offered warm camp shower bag for a nice shower. I loved the rustic and peaceful vibes all nestled in at the base of the mountain. My puppy met the animals and there’s a very friendly cat who loves dogs! There is a train that has schedule runs behind the property but I had no problems with the whistle or sound of the train. I left feeling rested and revived! I’ll be back. Thank you Tara and animals for a wonderful experience at my first HipCamp adventure!!!

Calm vibes and fun animals to meet
She is the greatest hostess. Helped guide me into the parking space. Love meeting the horses, chickens, and deer. It’s pretty dog friendly and my dog was on a long tie out. She got to experience meeting other animals. This place has a wonderful vibe, just what I needed to relax and just be. There is a train track and you can hear the train whistle and noise as it goes by But it didn’t bother me. It is on a schedule so it’s not a constant. Lovely hidden oasis in the woods.
