5 acres of mountain desert property with great unobstructed views of the mountains and surrounding cities of the high desert, with beautiful views property may be subject to high wind at times. So please check weather and dress accordingly. property is very peaceful and on its own hill. ovh and hiking trails all around. RV, Van, truck, trailer and tent camping welcomed. An outside mutual restroom for campers on site with hot and cold water shower. Property also has lodging on site. small cowboy bunker available for rent which has full kitchenette and is ran off of generator for power. Gas not included but a fuel can is provided. Second lodging rental is not listed here, but available on hip camp at (heavenly hideout Quail Ranch).

Must try this place!

Loved this place. Amazing off the beaten path. Shower house was very clean. Quiet. Looks like they are expanding. Sergio is an amazing host. Will visit again.

Bring your dirt bikes or buggies!

Quail Ranch is really nice and the area was also great to ride off-road vehicles. Sky is awesome at night for a great view of the stars. And many mountains within view. The camp sites was enough space for 2 vehicles and one trailer with plenty space left over. Bathroom is kept really clean and warm water was key for the ladies! Dish washing station helped out as well. Sergio responded quick with any questions and is a wonderful host. Will definitely bring the buggies back here for another camp out. If you don’t have em I believe Sergio can rent some out. This place is coming together very well.

Quail ranch lot site 1

Great spot! We had a an awesome time while there. Sergio was an amazing host and very responsive. The site was very clean and had beautiful scenic view. Bathroom was also quite clean, which was a nice bonus! It does get pretty windy up there, so be prepared for that, but even with the wind we will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem

Our family had a wonderful time tent camping at Sergio’s beautiful property! The views were incredible and the dogs really appreciated the easy access to hiking trails. The site feels extremely secluded despite having easy access to the grocery store, etc. The bathroom was extremely clean, which was also a huge plus. It was a bit too windy during our stay to have a fire, but we had a great time nonetheless. Some signage at the entrance to the property would make arrival a bit easier, but Sergio was extremely responsive when we needed directions. Our family can’t wait to go back and try out the ATV’s! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Great day tripper vibes

It has the best camp bathroom! The site are all in a similar area all overlooking into great views Sergio was very helpful from booking to directions ( the ranch is at the end of the dirt trail… just keep driving 😅 Local shoppes are close by too
