The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.This is a full stocked cottage in the woods. In the main house there are 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard has the sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower, as well as a 4th detached bedroom. The property is completely private and perfect for quiet and relaxation.

Serene River House

Amazing stay!

It was awesome. I rented the place for my birthday and had 8 guests. There are three main rooms in the house and another cabin up top that can sleep two. There are two bathrooms that are well equipped with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and loads of towels. (No bathroom with the cabin though.) The kitchen was nice and easy to use as well as the grill— we had a great dinner using that one night. The best part is the hot tub and sauna. We spent hours going back and forth between the two. 10/10 would recommend! + Pierce is extremely responsive and everything has been well thought out. There was even a Christmas tree!
