2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean, with easy access to the beach. The land abuts a 10 mile paved trail along the coast. Excellent whale watching, good surfing , and plenty of wildlife. Fun to watch a osprey w/ a fish or deer nibbling on the grass. Cool ocean breeze is the best as temps in summer and fall typically 64° highs n 48° lows. Virgin Beach is right out the fence with good surfing n sand. There is path from the property to the "Haul Road" where lumber used to be hauled to a mill. This path is closed to cars, but you can walk, bike, or skateboard. If you go north you'll find McKerricker State Park, which has a nice boardwalk. Go south about 2 miles and you'll end up in the town of Fort Bragg. Dogs are welcome here.Park your trailer on our acreage. Only 1 group per visit, so have it to yourself. Free n fast WiFi ! There is level parking in a grassy area w/ ocean views. Hear the waves n smell the salt air. The land has a clear path to the beach. At the end of the property is a 10 mile long walking trail that runs north and south along the Pacific Ocean w/ great beach n water access n ocean vistas. This is in Fort Bragg, CA, approx. 100 miles north of San Francisco. Bikes, n skateboards allowed on this trail, just no motorized cars. You can go north to MacKerricher state beach or go south and end up in the town of Fort Bragg. There is a small cabin on the property that is being renovated, so it’s closed n not used.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
The location is fantastic. The camping spot was clean and leveled. Host offers excellent communication before and during your stay—one of my top camping spots in the Mendocino County area.

This is our second time staying on Susan's property. We love the location which is close to the ocean, town, and the park but feels secluded. We look forward to staying again in the future.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
We will return to this campsite in the not too distant future. Just what we wanted. Only a few minutes walk to the ocean and beaches. We walked to Ft Bragg, 5.5 miles round trip with our doggy who loved our entire stay here. Please be aware there is no electricity, water or bathrooms available here.

Me, my van, dog and ocean. Perfect!
I love van camping where I can open my door, let my dog out and walk to the ocean to watch the sun come up. Susan’s land is central to some of the most beautiful views in the world. I like to camp away from crowds, this was perfect. I’ll be back soon.

Perfect!!!
Susan’s land is perfect! It is a blink of a walk to the ocean. It is quiet, peaceful and the sky lights up with stars and the Milky Way! Absolutely amazing!! Susan is a wonderful host! We were lucky to be able to share her land in our camper van! I highly recommend. Thank you Susan!!

Beachfront, quiet and beautiful
This was an amazing spot! You’re right off the miles long, paved, bike and pedestrian path that stretches from the neighboring state beach to Fort Bragg. Or you can cross that path and your 20ft from a sandy beach. Susan’s beautiful home sits on one corner of the large lot and the campsite is just in front their unoccupied cabin on the opposite side. They keep the site clean and well mowed as well as their walkway to the beach and pedestrian path. The native, beach grasses and flowering shrubs on the property are a few feet tall and are a nice buffer between your site and the pedestrian path, which is still far enough back to feel private but close enough to make for easy access to the beach. It’s a beautiful, safe neighborhood and most people using the beach or trail seemed to be from the neighborhood. We spent one afternoon on the beach and had it all to ourselves. I can see why others say they come back year after year, we will be saving this spot and hope to return as well!
